Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel their booking by calling us or sending an email.
- Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing and booking type.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to check-in may be eligible for partial or full refund, subject to booking terms.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are generally not eligible for any refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days as per bank or payment gateway timelines.
- Any applicable transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.
- No refund will be provided in case of a no-show.
- The booking may be automatically cancelled after the check-in time.
Early Check-Out
Guests checking out before the scheduled departure date are not entitled to a refund for unused nights. Any exception is solely at the discretion of the management.
Booking Modification
- Requests for change in dates or room type are subject to availability.
- Any difference in tariff due to modification must be paid by the guest.
- Modified bookings, if cancelled later, may be subject to revised cancellation terms.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Such conditions will be clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Force Majeure
Birla Dharamshala Ayodhya shall not be liable for refunds or cancellations arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, lockdowns, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Management Rights
- The management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings for operational or safety reasons.
- In exceptional cases, refunds or alternatives may be offered at the sole discretion of the management.
